Of course, The Absolution of Kane as a whole, is the second instalment in The HEROPLOT Multiverse, with the first being The Spear of Destiny and the dawn of DomiNation. So, for me, being able to finally give readers the concluding climax to the second chapter has been something I have been looking forward to for some time now. Not only because it brings to an end—at least for the time being—our relation to many of the characters from Woodville, but it allows me to introduce the first real superhero in the series."
